Where are the k1 BusinessClub locations?
All six are in Frankfurt: Main Tower, Junghof and Aqua Tower in the banking district, Tower 185 by the trade fair grounds, Hauptwache on the Zeil and our first location in Ostend.
What is the minimum term for an office?
Terms start at one month and your office can be cancelled monthly if you wish. The offices are furnished, you only bring your laptop.
Can I book a desk for a single day?
Yes, with the day pass at Junghof for €29 plus VAT. You choose the day when you buy, pay by card and check in at reception from 9 a.m. The day pass is for companies and self-employed professionals.
Can I book a meeting room without a membership?
Yes. You can book our meeting rooms without an office or a membership, by the hour or for the whole day.
How much does a meeting room cost?
That depends on the room and how long you need it. Hourly rates start at €29, full days at €179, plus VAT.

What is a business center?
A business center rents out furnished offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms and business addresses, with reception and service from a single provider. k1 BusinessClub has six locations in Frankfurt and has been owner-managed since 2011.
How much does an office in Frankfurt cost?
A private office starts at €590 per month in Ostend, a coworking desk at €199 at Hauptwache. All prices are net plus VAT, utilities included.
How much does a virtual office in Frankfurt cost?
From €79 per month in Ostend, plus VAT. With Comfort or Comfort plus you can register the address for the commercial register, your business registration and the legal notice on your website.
