You can choose from three packages. Basic is your prestigious mailing address. Comfort and Comfort plus make the address registrable for the commercial register, business registration and your legal notice (imprint). Ostend is the most affordable place to start.

Virtual office in Frankfurt

With Comfort and Comfort plus you use the address as your registered office: in the commercial register, for business registration, in your legal notice and on your letterhead. This also applies if you move your company's registered office to Frankfurt.
Mail handling and forwarding
We accept letters and parcels daily and forward them as you instruct. With Basic we forward up to 10 letters a week, with Comfort and Comfort plus at no extra cost. On request we sort out advertising mail.
Reception and secretarial service
Our on-site team welcomes your guests in your name, takes note of what they need and passes it on to you. The secretarial service is included in every package.
Company sign
Depending on the location, your company sign hangs in the entrance area or we put it up when your guests arrive. What is possible depends on the rules of each building.
Bookable conference rooms
For client meetings, presentations and workshops you add rooms by the hour or by the day, from a meeting room for 4 people to the Horizon conference room at Tower 185 for 100 guests. Room booking is included in every package.
069 number and call answering
A local Frankfurt number (069) forwards to a German number of your choice and is included in Comfort plus at all six locations. You can add call answering in your name to Comfort plus for €199 per month, with the first 50 calls included.
