Since 2024, Junghof at Neue Rothofstraße 13-19 has been our flagship. We rely on an open-plan concept with lounges and a community kitchen. Alte Oper and Goethestraße are right next door.
Here you will find offices for 1 to 2, 4 to 6 and 6 to 10 people as well as the dedicated space for 10 to 50 people. The location is connected via gigabit fiber and the meeting rooms have hybrid media technology. As a tenant, you can access your office around the clock.

Yes. Every office at Junghof includes the business address, so you can use Junghof as your headquarters.
Yes. On request, we can even set up your own VLAN and a private company Wi-Fi for your business in our UniFi network. For the dedicated space, we also coordinate individual configurations with our IT team, including your own systems or servers. That is how banks and international law firms integrate their IT with us too.
The office for 1 to 2 people starts from €699 per month, for 4 to 6 people from €1,599 and for 6 to 10 people from €2,099. The dedicated space for 10 to 50 people is available on request. All prices are net, plus VAT.
