How much does an office for 10 people in Frankfurt cost?
We quote team offices individually. The price depends on location, space and term. Tell us your team size and preferred location and we'll send you a quote. Utilities are always included.
What is the minimum term?
One month. After that your office can be cancelled monthly if you wish. This applies to all team offices.
How quickly can my team move in?
The offices are furnished and ready to use, so you can often move in at short notice. Tell us in your inquiry when your team wants to start. We'll check availability.
Can we connect our own IT?
Yes. In our UniFi network we can even set up your own VLAN and a private company Wi-Fi for your business. For the Dedicated space we also agree individual configurations with our IT, including your own systems or servers. That's how banks and international law firms connect their IT with us.
What happens if our team keeps growing?
You move into a larger unit, with your whole team if needed. That works within the building and also to one of our other locations. Talk to us and we'll check availability.
Is the business address included with a team office?
Yes. With your office you can register the location as your business address, no extra package needed. We receive your mail.
Are there meeting rooms for the whole team?
Yes. At Tower 185, Main Tower, Junghof and in Ostend you add meeting rooms in the same building, at Aqua Tower on request. The largest are the Horizon conference room at Tower 185 for up to 100 people and the Skyline conference room at Main Tower for up to 65. They are followed by the Frankfurt conference room in Ostend for up to 50 and the Goetheplatz conference room at Junghof for up to 40 people.
