Every office is furnished and connected: bring your laptop and get started. Sizes range from offices for 1 to 2 people up to the dedicated space for 50 people at Junghof. Our on-site team welcomes your guests and takes care of your mail.
Terms from one month
Contracts start at one month and can be cancelled monthly if you wish. You plan in months, not years.

What is included in the rent?
Access around the clock, all utilities, regular cleaning, air conditioning and video surveillance. Plus furniture with storage for files, fiber internet via Wi-Fi and LAN as well as coffee, tea and water. Mail handling, scanning and printing within a fair limit at no extra cost.
What is the minimum term?
One month. After that your office can be cancelled monthly if you wish.
How are prices shown?
Each office size has a starting price per month, net plus VAT and including utilities. For the dedicated space at Junghof we'll prepare a quote on request.
Can I furnish my office to my own taste?
Yes, in agreement with us. We'll adapt furniture, decoration and layout to your wishes together.
What happens when my team grows?
You move into a larger unit, with your whole team if needed. That works within the building and also to one of our other locations. Talk to us and we'll check availability.
Is a business address included with the office?
Yes. Every office includes a business address, at all six locations. We receive your mail.
Can I connect my own IT?
Yes. On request, we set up your own VLAN and a private company Wi-Fi in our UniFi network. That's how banks and international law firms connect their IT with us.
How much does an office in Frankfurt cost?
That depends on the location and size. An office for up to 2 people starts at €590 per month in Ostend and at €1,990 at Main Tower. All prices are net plus VAT, utilities included.
Can I rent a small office for one person?
Yes. All six locations have offices for 1 to 2 people, for example 10 m² in Ostend or 11 m² at Hauptwache.
Can I rent an office by the day?
We rent offices from one month. For single days or hours you book a meeting room, even without an office or a membership.
Can I rent an office in a high-rise?
Yes, in three towers: at Main Tower on the 31st and 37th floor, at Tower 185 on the 14th floor and at Aqua Tower on the 21st and 22nd floor.
Are there offices for larger teams?
Yes. Sizes go up to the dedicated space for 10 to 50 people at Junghof. In Ostend up to 12 people work on 64 m² and Main Tower has offices for 8 or more people.
