How many people can your meeting rooms hold?
From 2 to 100 people. The smallest rooms are designed for up to 4 people, the largest is Horizon at Tower 185 with 150 m² for up to 100 guests.
How much does a meeting room in Frankfurt cost?
That depends on the room and the duration. Hourly rates start at €29, full days at €179, plus VAT in each case. You'll find the price of each room on its room page.
Can I book by the hour, in the evening or on weekends?
Yes. You can book by the hour, for half a day or for several days. In many cases, rooms can also be booked in the evening and on weekends by arrangement.
Do I need a membership?
No. You can book our meeting rooms without an office or a membership at k1 BusinessClub.
Do you take care of tech and catering?
Yes. Our team sets up the tech and organizes catering through selected Frankfurt caterers, from a light breakfast to a lunch buffet. Which drinks are included in the room price is listed on each room page.
Is there parking for my guests?
Yes, depending on the location. At Main Tower, spaces in the building are available with advance registration and subject to availability. In Ostend, we have our own parking spaces at the building. At the other locations, public parking garages are close by.
Which meeting room is close to Central Station and the trade fair grounds?
The rooms on the 32nd floor at Tower 185. The Festhalle/Messe stop is right outside the door and Central Station is just a few minutes' walk away.
Can I book a room for hybrid meetings?
Yes. At Main Tower, Tower 185 and Hauptwache, the rooms have a 4K camera with an audio system for video conferencing. Each room page shows which equipment the room has.
Which rooms work for seminars and trainings?
For example, the Eastside seminar room in Ostend for up to 14 people, Europaviertel at Tower 185 for up to 34 and Goetheplatz at Junghof for up to 40. We set up the room to suit your format, for instance in a U-shape or with theater seating.
