In the heart of the city, right on the Zeil.

We have been at Zeil 109, in the heart of the city center, since 2018. Here you'll find Obermain, a conference room for up to 12 people on 32 m², and Untermain, a coaching room for up to 4 people on 11 m².

Hourly rates start at €29, all prices plus VAT. Unlimited drinks are included and we organize snacks or catering on request. The Bornheim seminar room is currently not available for booking. For groups of up to 40 people, we recommend Goetheplatz at Junghof, a few minutes' walk from Hauptwache.

By S-Bahn or U-Bahn to Hauptwache or Konstablerwache, both a few steps away. From there, direct connections run to Central Station and Frankfurt Airport.

Untermain for up to 4 people is available from €29 per hour or from €199 per day. Obermain for up to 12 people costs from €59 per hour or from €299 per day. All prices plus VAT.

Yes. Both rooms have a 4K camera with an audio system, Obermain a 65″ display and Untermain a 35″ display.
