k1 BusinessClub started out in Ostend in 2011. Today you can book four rooms here: the Frankfurt conference room with 65 m² for up to 50 people, the Eastside seminar room for 14, Königstein for 10 and Westside for 6 people.
Hourly rates start at €29, full days at €179, all prices plus VAT. From the A661 you get here quickly via Hanauer Landstraße and park right at the building. We organize catering through local partners. Each room page shows which drinks are included.

How do I get to Ostend by car?
Take the A661 to the Frankfurt-Ost exit, then follow Hanauer Landstraße toward the city center. Frankfurt Airport is about 13 minutes away.
Is there parking?
Yes, our own parking spaces right at the building. Please reserve them when you book. Alternatively, the nearby Union parking garage has plenty of space.
Can I add drinks and catering?
Yes. You can add drinks packages as needed and we organize full catering through our local partners.
Are there hotels nearby?

How much does a meeting room in Ostend cost?
Westside for up to 6 people is available from €29 per hour or from €179 per day. The Frankfurt conference room for up to 50 people is available from €99 per hour or from €589 per day. All prices plus VAT.
Can rooms in Ostend be combined?
Yes. Westside and Eastside can be combined. In all rooms, we arrange the seating to suit your format.
