Marc Tillmanns founded k1 BusinessClub in Frankfurt's Ostend in 2011. Today there are six locations and k1 BusinessClub is still owner-managed.

We are a Frankfurt company, not the branch of an international chain. We have grown from our own cash flow, one location at a time: Ostend in 2011, Hauptwache in 2018, Main Tower in 2022, Tower 185 in 2023, Junghof in 2024 and Aqua Tower at FOUR Frankfurt in 2026.
The boss is on board
Decisions are made in house and not at a corporate headquarters. Because the decision maker works close to our clients, we respond quickly to what you need. Our longest-standing clients have been with us since the start.
Six locations, one standard
Over 450 companies place their trust in us, from freelancers to international corporations. Our clients rent offices and coworking desks, book meeting rooms for 2 to 100 people or use a business address. You can book meeting rooms without a membership too.
